Can you purchase my groceries?

Yes, for our rentals we include the purchasing and pre stocking of items for your arrival

Are groceries included in the pre-stocking?

No

Are groceries included in the first breakfast?

No

Is there wireless Internet in the villa?

Yes, every villa has high-speed Internet connection.

Is the pool in the villa heated?

Yes, during the winter months the pools are heated.

Can I have a cook in the villa?

Yes, we offer cook and chef services upon request.

Is there a first aid kit in the house?

Yes, each villa has a first aid kit. You´ll find it in the kitchen.

Can I plug in my I Pod to the sound system?

Yes, all our villas are I Pod ready.

Does the house have table games?

Yes

Do you offer babysitting services?

Yes

Can we have a butler?

Yes, in addition to your Personal Lifestyle Concierge, we offer butler services upon request. We realize that some of our guests would like a dedicated Butler and offer fully English Guild trained butlers.

Is tap water safe to drink?

All our villas have purified water. This means that yes, you can drink from the tap. We have installed UV light & sediment filters. We still recommend drinking bottled water as the taste is more familiar.

Can I use my cell phone in Los Cabos?

Yes, most mobile phone providers offer coverage in Los Cabos. However we recommend that you verify with your provider directly before you travel. Upon check in your Lifestyle Concierge can assist you in verifying your local service.

Are American dollars accepted in Los Cabos or do I need pesos?

American dollars are widely accepted in the area. You can also easily exchange currency at the airport, any hotel, or bank. We recommend keeping your money in dollars exchanging as needed. Through Lifestyle Management Services we are able to cash your US checks with a 4% cashing fee & are also available to exchange money for you while you are here.

Is the beach safe for swimming?

The majority of beaches where our villas are located are swimmable. However, you swim at your own risk as there are no are no lifeguards on duty.

What is the distance from the villa to nightlife, shopping and the airport?

Nightlife & shopping: from villas 10-20 minutes driving distance; from Medano Beach walking distance. Airport: 30-60 minutes driving distance.

What is the taxi fare between the villa and town, and between the villa and the airport?

Villa-Cabo San Lucas: $15-30 USD
Villa-Airport: $35-65 USD
